Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Maker Gully LLC (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use Jig at jig.makergully.com and related environments. By using Jig, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

• Account data — if you sign in, we process your email address and authentication credentials through Amazon Cognito (or a successor identity provider).
• Studio session data — product choices, parameters, uploaded art, fonts, and generated preview state may be stored briefly in cookies, DynamoDB, and/or S3 so your session can continue (typically on the order of days, then expired).
• Downloads and purchases — when credit packs and a purchased library ship, we will store purchase records, credit balance, and files you paid to download as described at purchase time.
• Technical logs — AWS and CDN infrastructure may retain short-lived access and error logs (IP, user agent, request path) for reliability and abuse prevention.

What we do not do today

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on Jig. We do not use your uploaded art to train public AI models.

How we use information

• Provide and secure the studio, sign-in, and download features
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Process payments (when enabled) through Stripe
• Respond to support requests you send us

Processors

We use service providers such as Amazon Web Services (hosting, Cognito, storage, logs) and, when payments are enabled, Stripe. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

Ephemeral studio art and session metadata expire automatically after a short period. Account credentials remain while your account is active. Purchased-library retention (when enabled) will follow the limits described in the product UI and roadmap (for example, months from last download and a per-account cap).

Your choices

You may sign out at any time. You may request account deletion or data questions by emailing us. Browser controls can clear cookies for this site.

Children

Jig is intended for use by adults or under adult supervision (for example, holiday fair booths). Do not create an account for a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent where required by law.
