Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Jig (jig.makergully.com), a product of Maker Gully LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Jig lets you design printable 3D products (such as Clicker and Tag) from pictures or text and export files (such as 3MF) for your own printing. Features, limits, and pricing may change as we ship accounts, download credits, and libraries.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

Downloads and credits

Exploring the studio may be available without purchase. Downloading production files may require sign-in and download credits (or an authorized admin account while credits are not yet for sale). Credit packs, when offered, will be sold through Stripe; pack prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, a credit is consumed when you download a new model; re-downloads from your purchased library (when available) may not consume an extra credit.

Your content

You retain rights to art and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate Jig (preview, session storage, and export). You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

License to downloads

Subject to these Terms and any purchase, we grant you a personal license to use exported files for your own printing and personal or small-event use (for example, a school fair). You may not resell Jig itself, redistribute our generators, or claim Maker Gully branding as your own. Commercial redistribution of generated files may require a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass download, credit, or account controls
• Do not abuse the service (scraping, overload, malware, or reverse engineering beyond fair use)
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content

Disclaimers

Jig and exported files are provided “as is.” Print results vary by printer, filament, and settings. We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maker Gully LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Jig. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where US federal law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
